Description
Tasting Notes
This wine is light, dry and crisp with notes of citrus and a hint of white flowers. It has great refreshing acidity, minerality and a long finish. Lees aging and batonnage adds texture and complexity.
Pair this wine with seafood: fresh or grilled shellfish and shrimp ceviche are great companions for this refreshing white. Alternatively, enjoy with citrus salad or some guacamole.
