Tasting Notes
This New Zealand-style Sauvignon Blanc is fresh, vibrant and light-bodied. It has all the ‘classic’ aromas of citrus fruit – grapefruit, lemon and lime. Expect a balanced undertone of herbaceousness and Granny Smith apple.
This is a great wine for pairing with light dishes such as chicken, white fish, a leafy green salad or even tacos. Alternatively, drink by itself on a warm summer evening.
The Winery
Located in the serene nature of the Santa Monica Mountains one can find robust vineyards, fruiting endlessly and rapidly. AJA Vineyards was established in 2011 at the home of Todd and Heather Greenbaum and consists of three vineyards planted along the hillsides of their Malibu Estate.
